Rihanna has not at all times been a pal of PETA‘s, in fact they ranked her as one among their “Worst Dressed” celebs when it comes to cruelty to animals.
Nevertheless it appears just like the “Only Girl (In The World)” singer is making good. On January 25th, Rihanna’s new perfume Reb’l Fleur (rebel flower) will hit shops, and PETA is giving a glowing endorsement to the brand new cruelty-free course in her life.
The 22-yr-old R&B star created the perfume by teaming up with Parlux, a cruelty-free firm that has made it onto PETA’s “good list” for his or her policy to avoid animal testing.
Dan Mathews, the senior vp of PETA, was so impressed by the singer’s alternative that he sent her a bouquet of flowers and mentioned, “Rihanna’s resolution to group up with Parlux is as sort to animals as her music is to your ears. By renouncing animal checks, Parlux is proving that magnificence doesn’t have to have an ugly side.”
I think everyone would agree that a product is all the time higher when it’s not tested on animals, and Rihanna’s choice to go along with a company that is PETA authorised may reflect her feelings on the matter.
We think this can be a step in the suitable course, and hope that Rihanna continues the trend of cruelty-free options.
But what do you all consider the singer teaming up with Parlux? Will you be heading out to buy a bottle o’ Reb’l Fleur?
